I love working at the YMCA because I enjoy giving back to my Austin community. I earned my certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and joined the Personal Training Team with the Northwest Y in February 2022. I get really excited about any kind of fitness whether it's a sport, weight lifting, a group class, or going for a run.
When you choose to engage in Personal Training with me, know that you'll get a program tailored to your wants and needs. In my experience I've had a wide range of clients from teens to seniors, people with weight loss and weight gain goals, competitors to first timers in the gym, queer people going through transitions, and couples with goals together.
