Masters Swim workouts are coached in 60 to 90-minute sessions that provide a structured workout for adult swimmers. Participants will be able to improve their fitness and stroke technique in a positive group environment.
Whether you are a triathlete trying to supplement your swim training, an ex-college swimmer, or simply trying to reap the health benefits of the lifelong sport of swimming, our Masters Swim program can support your needs. Swimmers of all fitness levels are welcome. You’ll receive personalized instruction that will help you improve your swim form and compete with an edge.
