Group exercise classes help you stay active and come with the added benefit of having a built-in, encouraging community of motivated peers. Whether you’re a beginner to the world of workout classes or a seasoned enthusiast ready to take your fitness to the next level, there’s a class on the fitness schedule that meets your needs. Make a reservation to guarantee your spot in class. It’s easy to do: just login to our app (Apple) (Android) and select the fitness class you want to attend up to 48 hours ahead of class. Not yet a member but want to try a class before joining? You’re welcome to book a guest spot by calling your nearest Y location. A Welcome Center team member can get you signed up for our group fitness classes.
Classes Offered
Our group exercise schedule features hundreds of indoor and outdoor group fitness classes like high intensity interval, Les Mills, Zumba, yoga and cycling – all included in your membership. You’ll also find a robust community of players ready for a pick-up game of basketball or pickleball in the gymnasium.
When you’re not able to come to a facility, remember that we offer 20+ hours of live streaming work out classes, on-demand classes and hybrid options. Bring the Y to you, wherever you are!
