Ages 14 and Up
Develop the knowledge for strength training with other motivated women to get stronger, increase endurance and build friendships. This female-focused class will introduce you to the weight room and weight lifting-techniques that will build your confidence and help keep you accountable to meeting your own specific goals.
Some women experience gym intimidation, a feeling of not knowing how the equipment works or feeling rushed by other, more experienced gym goers. A women’s only fitness class may be a great fit for you if you have trouble feeling comfortable in a traditional gym setting.
In a women’s fitness class, we’re creating a space where women feel confident, empowered, and inclusive. It’s a positive atmosphere where you’ll be encouraged to explore your own strength and ability. Push past your limits and learn the importance of a physical fitness regimen that meets your needs.
