EAC Y Holiday Camps:
Theme: Yeti for Winter
DON’T MOVE! DID YOU SEE THAT!? It was a mysterious creature, with huge feet and white fur! Everyone grab your coat and binoculars, because we are going on a Yeti hunt. Campers will learn the fascinating history of the abominable snowman, create and investigate snow, and take a virtual trip to the Himalayan Mountain Range where Yetis are said to have roamed. In addition to the arts and crafts that celebrate the captivating creature, campers will read literature that includes Not Yet, Yeti by Bethany Freitas, How to Catch a Yeti by Adam Wallace, Dear Yeti by James Kwan and The Thing About Yetis by Vin Vogal.
