Sean has a background in the Olympic sports of fencing and modern pentathlon, having competed internationally at the junior level. He later expanded his role in fencing by coaching multiple age groups for a non-profit organization founded by his father. After turning his attention toward the study of kinesiology a decade ago, Sean achieved several nationally recognized accreditations. Its not just about training for him, Sean genuinely wants to help you create thriving changes in your lifestyle; your success is his passion.
