Danielle Drews
Danielle’s goal as a personal trainer is to empower her clients through their movement and make fitness training accessible to everyone. She focuses on meeting her clients at whatever fitness level they’re at and creating personalized fitness plans to support their individual goals. By incorporating functional movements with mobility and stability training, Danielle’s training philosophy supports building strength in ways that support a lifetime of healthy movement.
Danielle’s fitness background has been influenced by martial arts traditions–she started practicing and fighting nationally with UT’s Texas Taekwondo team, and is currently studying the Bo Staff in the Hung Gar Kung Fu tradition. Her passion for martial arts has taught her the importance of mind-body connection. She’s eager to teach her clients how to truly connect to themselves by being present and intentional with every movement and using breath to guide and power those movements.
In addition to being a personal trainer, Danielle is a group exercise instructor and certified Kickboxing Instructor. She offers individual, partner, and small group sessions for both fitness training and martial arts based training.
