I’m a NASM-certified personal trainer passionate about helping busy moms, beginners, and women who feel uncomfortable in traditional gym spaces build strength and confidence in a supportive, judgment-free environment. My training style focuses on efficient, purposeful workouts that improve posture, core strength, and everyday functionality because feeling capable in your own body matters more than chasing a number on the scale. I lead with a caring, collaborative and educational approach so you understand what you’re doing and why, while still challenging you to grow. Fitness changed my life by teaching me that it’s not selfish to take care of yourself — it’s necessary. I’m here to help you do exactly that!
