Cat Greene

I am a CPT through NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) and have been training for 7 years at the Northwest Family YMCA.  I love being able to share my love of fitness with all and with any background; whether you just started working out or someone who Is looking for something new.  I believe fitness should incorporate fun into your life.  I try to look at a client's lifestyle and build a program that is sustainable for them.  Sometimes we have to focus on corrective exercises first.  Then we can continue to build/ add to their program.
