Weekend Warriors: NEW Small Group Personal Training
Trying to figure out how to get your workouts in regularly, with your busy life? Try our new Weekend Warriors Small Group Personal Training program, led by certified Personal Trainer Ian Knobles. Weekend Warriors blends strength training, functional movements and mobility into one dynamic workout that targets every major muscle group. Expect a motivating team atmosphere, scalable workouts for all fitness levels, and that post-class adrenaline rush that lasts all weekend.
This monthly program meets twice per week: Fridays at 5:30pm and Sundays at 1:00pm.

Personal & Small Group Training
NEW Personal Training Session Added for Women! Due to high demand for our Women With Weights small group personal training program, we’ve added a NEW session on Tuesdays and Thursdays , 8-9 am, with Clarence. This month-long program is designed to help women of all experience levels gain confidence, learn proper form, improve strength, and be EMPOWERED! Class is limited to 8 participants.
