Join us for our special fall Mind/Body workshop, The Gratitude Event: Cultivating Joy from Within. This workshop is intended to help you connect to your inner joy, which is a wonderful tool and practice to support us as we experience both challenging as well as uplifting times in our lives.

Trying to figure out how to get your workouts in regularly, with your busy life? Try our new Weekend Warriors Small Group Personal Training program, led by certified Personal Trainer Ian Knobles. Weekend Warriors blends strength training, functional movements and mobility into one dynamic workout that targets every major muscle group. Expect a motivating team atmosphere, scalable workouts for all fitness levels, and that post-class adrenaline rush that lasts all weekend.Â
This monthly program meets twice per week: Fridays at 5:30pm and Sundays at 1:00pm. Â
