Spring Break Camp

Make the most out of your child’s day off at Southwest Family YMCA! Enjoy themed activities, outdoor adventures, arts & crafts and team building opportunities! Campers will go swimming in our indoor pool. Camp will take place from 8:30am to 4:30pm but included in our great price is early drop off starting at 7:30am and late pick up until 6pm!

Personal & Small Group Training

NEW Personal Training Session Added for Women!  Due to high demand for our Women With Weights small group personal training program, we’ve added a NEW session on Tuesdays and Thursdays , 8-9 am, with Clarence.  This month-long program is designed to help women of all experience levels gain confidence, learn proper form, improve strength, and be EMPOWERED! Class is limited to 8 participants.  Learn more and grab your spot here.   This program is also offered on M/W 8-9am and M/W 11am-12pm.
