Hi my name is Jake LeFan and I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer here at the Y. I played many sports in highschool and a little bit in college. My passion is to help people change their lives. I believe everybody deserves the right to good health and to be the best versions of yourself. I care deeply about my clients and am here to be your guide on this journey to becoming more strong, confident, and happy. Over time Fitness has changed from just lifting weights to eating healthy, stretching, proper warm ups, and sleep. It takes determination, motivation, consistency, and time to succeed. It won't be easy and you will face new hurdles, but you can be sure that you will see yourself in a new light feeling better and more confident in yourself. All you have to do is take the first step.
