Holiday Extravaganza Saturday, December 14

Winter Holiday Event: Holiday Extravaganza on Saturday, December 14th from 10am-1pm.

Join the TownLake team and community on a Saturday dedicated to celebrating the upcoming holiday season. At TownLake, we serve a diverse community of individuals and families that come from different walks of life. Because of this, we will be highlighting major holidays such as Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, & Christmas. Bring your holiday spirit, create a Y story, and make family memories through building gingerbread houses (as supplies last), a Flick & Float in our heated pool, sending letters to Santa’s mailbox, pictures with Santa and Mrs. Claus, and holiday specific arts & crafts. We look forward to seeing you!

GX Format Highlight: Cycling 

What is the difference between Cycle Fit and Les Mills RPM?  

  • Les Mills RPM: An instructor-led, low impact cardio workout designed to be fun and as challenging as you make it. High energy music combined with your instructors coaching through hill climbs, sprints and flat road riding will help to increase your cardiovascular health and stamina. All levels. 
  • Cycle Fit: Each cycling class is unique, but may include simulated hills, mountains, flat roads, and racing. Indoor cycling is a great cardio workout that is set to music curated by your instructor. Indoor cycling is an excellent cardiovascular workout that will help to increase your stamina and endurance. All levels.

Adult Boxing (T/TR): 7:30PM-8:30PM 

Adult Boxing (Sat): 9AM-10AM 

Women W/ Weights (Sun): 

  • Session I: 10AM-11AM 
  • Session II: 11AM-12PM

TownLake’s expanded building hours | Monday-Thursday 5am-10pm, Friday 5am-9pm, Sunday 8am-6pm
