Grief can follow the loss of a loved one or any significant life change. It may come in waves or show up unexpectedly. Wherever you are in your experience, you do not have to navigate it alone.
Walking Through Grief & Loss is a free virtual workshop designed to help you better understand grief and develop healthy ways to cope in daily life.
During this workshop, we’ll cover:
– Coping strategies for difficult emotions
– Emotional regulation tools for overwhelming moments
