Southwest Stingrays Swim Team Clinic 

Sunday, January 21st, 3:00-4:30pm 

Dive into Swim League, which is tailored for youth passionate about swimming and eager to master competitive basics. Our upcoming January clinic hones in on refining crucial skills, spotlighting expert techniques for turns in all four strokes. Delve into the first half with precision on flip turns for the front crawl, followed by a brief break for refreshments. The session then seamlessly transitions to perfecting finishing and turning for the back crawl, concluding with adept two-hand finish turns for butterfly and breaststroke. Join us for a dynamic aquatic experience!
