Will Kendrick holds a B.S. in Exercise Science from the University of North Carolina Wilmington, with a focused academic background in Strength & Conditioning, human performance, and applied physiology. He is a Personal Trainer at the Hays Communities YMCA, where he works with a wide range of clients—from beginners building foundational fitness and working through injury with corrective exercises, to athletes improving strength, speed, and performance.
