Beginner Pickleball Lessons
- Wednesdays, July 8–29 (4 sessions)
- Morning: 8:00–9:00 AM
- Afternoon: 1:00–2:00 PM
TRX Classes: Build strength, balance, and core stability with this full-body suspension training workout.
- Weekday Options: Tuesdays & Thursdays; 9:00–10:00 AM
- Weekend Options: Saturdays; 12:00–1:00 PM
Women with Weights: A supportive and encouraging class designed to help women build strength, confidence, and overall fitness.
- Mondays & Wednesdays, July 6–29 (8 sessions)

Volunteer Coaches Needed. We are currently recruiting volunteer coaches for our Fall Soccer and Volleyball seasons. No experience is necessary—we provide resources and support to help you have a successful season while making a lasting impact on our athletes.
☀️ Make a Splash This July with YMCA Aquatics!
Whether you’re just getting comfortable in the water or training for competition, we have a swim program for every age and skill level! Our swim lessons start as young as 6 months old and continue all the way through adult lessons, helping swimmers build confidence, safety skills, and a lifelong love of the water.
Registration is now open for our upcoming swim lesson session. We can’t wait to see you at the pool!
Looking for the next step after lessons? Join our Summer Swim Team! Swimmers will have the opportunity to improve technique, build endurance, and be part of a fun and encouraging team environment. We’re also excited to announce a new Saturday practice time this summer to give families even more flexibility.

Kids’ Night Out = Parents Night Off!
It’s been a long week, the kids are bouncing off the walls and you deserve a break. Babysitters can be pricey but that’s where Kids Night Out comes in! We’ll keep your kids busy while you take a well-earned breather. Win-win.
