What’s Happening at Springs Family Y in January 2024
Exciting news at the Springs Y!
Join us for The Den’s open house from January 2nd to 5th, 9:00 am to 3:00 pm, as we unveil our new multi-use workout space equipped for barbell, bodyweight, functional, and HIIT-style workouts.
We’ll also launch the Student Barbell Club in The Den starting January 8th, every Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 4:30 to 5:30 pm for our high school members.
All members gain access to The Den’s overflow every Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, from 5:30 to 7:30 pm starting January 8th. Visit the Welcome Desk to

You’re invited to join us for a fun-filled Spring day for the whole family! We will have TWO egg hunts, one in the pool and one outdoors. We will also have face painting, games, and so much more!
