Wellness Week Schedule and Registration

Small Group Training

Want the benefits of personal training without the expense? Train with our certified personal trainers in a small group of 4-8 participants. Trainers will focus on resistance training and HIIT-style movements. Spots are available for Tuesdays/Thursdays 8:00-9:00 A.M. or 5:30 -6:30 P.M. in The Den.

 2024 Spring Break Swim Camp

Dive into fun when you join our swim team camp this spring break! We meet Mon-Thu, 9 am-12 pm, focusing on four main swim strokes and essential techniques. Swimmers should be able to swim 25m freestyle & backstroke.

Gear Up For Summer Swimming!

Continue your swim training post-Spring Break Swim Camp with Saturday coaching sessions led by Y-USA swim coaches, emphasizing stroke technique, stamina, and endurance. Registration opens on February 7th

Whether on the swim team or not, keep your skills sharp year-round with swim lessons for all ages, including adults! Click here to ensure you’re summer-ready in the water.

The Den’s Hours Are Expanding!

The Den is now open:

  • Monday – Wednesday 8:30 A.M. – 11:30 A.M. for all members (12+) 
  • Monday – Wednesday 4:45 P.M. – 5:30 P.M. for the Student Barbell Club (14-18) & 
  • Monday – Wednesday 5:30 P.M. – 8:00 P.M. for all members (12+).

Free Community Workout

A multi-ethnic group of men and women in a dance fitness class in an indoor gym studio, wearing exercise clothing, and moving to the music.

On Saturday, February 17th, from 10-11 am, we will have another one of our awesome community workouts! Our fitness experts have created effective workouts with many options. The best part? All fitness levels are welcome! Bring your friends and have a fun workout together! 

Tae Kwon Do Clinic

Join us for a one-time Tae Kwon Do clinic on February 19th from 5:00 P.M. to 6:30 P.M. We promise an unforgettable experience of physical and mental empowerment! The clinic will include:

  • A sparring demonstration.
  • A board-breaking workshop.
  • Various drills and technique-building exercises.

You’ll walk away from the clinic with new skills and heightened proficiency in Tae Kwon Do!

Free for ages 6-15yrs
$5 for 16yrs+
