🎾 Designed for players with a tennis background, this high-energy clinic blends focused instruction, dynamic drills, and live point play to sharpen every part of your game. Coach Lainey zeroes in on technique, strategy, and consistency—so you’re not just hitting balls; you’re playing smarter tennis.

Senior Fitness Small Group Training Starts February 10th 

Build strength and confidence in our Senior Fitness Small Group Training! 

💪 Join Coach Penny for four sessions focused on safe movement, proper form, and smart use of free weights and equipment to help you feel comfortable in the weight room. With personalized guidance and small-group attention, you’ll gain the skills and confidence to train independently—especially when Senior Strong classes are full.

Whether you’re new to the Springs Y or you’re a coffee table regular, equipment orientations and PT consults are available to you! Looking for confidence navigating equipment? Our staff will work with you one-on-one to introduce you to each category of equipment in our facility, ensuring you’re set up for success navigating your independent workouts. I 

If you’re interested in leveling up your workouts with individualized programming, a PT consult may be for you! Our personal trainers will sit down with you to learn about your unique goals and challenges and make a program recommendation just for you.  

You can schedule orientations or consults anytime at the Welcome Desk.
