Splash Day May 31st

Splash into Summer with Us!  Join us on Saturday, May 24th for Splash Day, the exciting grand opening of our outdoor interactive pool! Celebrate the start of summer with a day full of fun activities, program demonstrations, and plenty of water-filled excitement for the whole family. Don’t miss this chance to dive in and see what’s new at the Y! 

Summer Youth Programs: NEW Weekend Options

We’ve got everything your kids will love, from building with Lego to cooking up delicious treats, mastering gymnastics to learning cool science experiments, and SO MUCH MORE! Plus, there are time slots on Saturdays and Sundays, so you can pick the perfect time to join in the FUN.

Summer Swim Lessons

Swim Strong all season long! Our youth swim lessons for ages 3–12 are the perfect way to build confidence and skills in the water. Lessons are offered every day except Friday, with classes tailored to all skill levels—from beginners to advanced swimmers. Taught by experienced instructors in a fun and safe environment, your child will learn essential swimming techniques while making new friends and staying active!

Digital Detox & Pizza May 16th

Take a break from screens and join us for a fun, family-friendly Digital Detox & Pizza Night at the Southwest Family YMCA! On May 16th from 5:30 to 7:30pm, enjoy classic board games, puzzles, and device-free activities for all ages. Our counseling staff will lead relaxing mindfulness and wellness sessions—and of course, we’ll have pizza! Register at the front desk today. 

Zen In Motion May 17th

Join us for a unique workshop that combines Vagus Nerve Release with influences from Yoga and Qi Gong to develop deep-body resilience to the stressors of modern life. This workshop is designed for all ages and abilities. 

Teen Fit

Empower your teen with our Strength and Conditioning Program, designed to enhance physical fitness, build strength, improve agility, and promote overall well-being. Tailored exercises and expert guidance ensure safe and effective training, fostering confidence and resilience in young athletes. Programming can be adapted to sports specific needs or fitness goals.
