I like sport-specific and strength training since I grew up playing most sports and doing many different types of workouts. I also enjoy helping people new to the gym: showing them how to utilize all the weights and equipment, and how to use proper form. I've also worked with clients on corrective exercise, strengthening areas of old injuries and finding safe, effective ways to work around it. So whether you're already active and looking for some motivation, brand new and trying to figure things out, or hesitant due to nagging injury or pain, we can find a workout for you.
