Join us for a motivating small group training session designed just for women! Northwest Y’s personal trainer, Erica Steverson, will guide you through strength-building workouts that focus on functional movements, proper technique, and confidence with weightlifting. 

All fitness levels are welcome!

Les Mills BodyPump Now at 6:00 AM!

Looking for an early morning class? Beat the rush and join Instructor Julie at 6 AM on Mondays and Fridays for a Les Mills BodyPump class!

Self-Defense Workshop 💪 | Saturday, February 7th from 2-4 PM 

Children participate in a martial arts lesson

Tae Kwon Do’s Grandmaster Owens will teach you the tools needed to better protect yourself in everyday life! Learn safety awareness, lethal strikes, escapes, and groundwork for self-defense. 

Designed for ages 10+, participants ages 10-14 must have a participating adult in class.

Kids Night Out 🍕🏊🍿🏀🎨 2nd and 4th Saturdays from 5:30-9:30 PM 

Don’t miss this kids-only, fun-packed evening at the Y! We’ll make art, play games, swim, and end the night with a PG movie and popcorn. We provide a pizza dinner along with juice and water. Ages 3-12 are welcome; optional swim available for ages 5-12.
