Fall into Fitness: Fall Hours Begin October 2nd!

Your Fall Schedule Just Got Better! Can you believe summer is over already? It’s that time of year again when the leaves change colors, and the air gets crisper. As we say goodbye to summer, we’re excited to welcome in the new season with some changes to our operating hours. Starting Monday, October 2nd, Fall Hours will be in effect at TownlakeHays Communities, Northwest Family, and Springs Family Y. Whether you are an early bird or a night owl, we’ve got you covered. Keep reading to discover the updated hours at your preferred gym.

Townlake:

Weekdays

  • Monday – Thursday: 5:00 AM – 9:00 PM
  • Friday: 5:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Weekends

  • Saturday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Sunday:
    • 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Lap Pool: Opening time remains unchanged, with the pool opening at 5:30 AM

Hays Communities:

Weekdays

  • Monday – Thursday: 5:00 AM – 9:00 PM
  • Friday: 5:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Weekends

  • Saturday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Sunday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Lap Pool: Will open at 5:15 AM

Northwest:

Weekdays

  • Monday – Thursday: 5:00 AM – 9:00 PM
  • Friday: 5:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Weekends

  • Saturday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Sunday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Lap Pool: Will open at 5:15 AM

Springs Family:

Weekdays

  • Monday – Thursday: 5:00 AM – 9:00 PM
  • Friday: 5:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Weekends

  • Saturday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
