Eat Smart, Move Strong

Join us on Tuesday, November 19th at 4:30pm for EAT SMART, MOVE STRONG, a nutrition workshop to help you learn how to properly fuel your fitness and strength, led by Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach Drayke Jacobs-Van-TolHead into the holidays feeling like a hero! 

New Class Alert

BODYCOMBAT Mondays/Wednesdays 9:30-10:30am with Brie, beginning 11/4 

BODYCOMBAT is a high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that is totally non-contact. Punch and kick your way to fitness and burn up to 570 calories in a class, with moves from Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira and Kung Fu. Release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ. 

New LUNCHTIME class – Vinyasa Yoga, Tuesdays/Thursdays 12-12:45pm with Anna, beginning 11/5 

We heard you'd like classes over lunchtime and are adding Vinyasa Yoga to the schedule to better serve you.  Vinyasa Yoga is an energetic practice, aligning breath and movement to build heat and strength in the body. Expect a mixture of sun salutations, balance, and standing poses woven together in fun and creative ways.

New Moms Group

New moms with babies 6 months and younger please come to our FREE New Mom’s Group, Friday mornings from 9:30 am to 11:00 am. Breakfast tacos and coffee will be served.
