What’s Happening at Springs Family Y in August 2026
The Greater Austin YMCA Swim Alliance are back-to-back Lone Star State Champions! Led by Coaches Janet Risser and Scott Brown, 68 YMCA swimmers powered the team to victory at this year’s YMCA State Championship Meet, topping 16 teams from across Texas with more than 6,300 points, 11 state meet records, and an incredible 98% best-time rate.
High Point honors went to several Greater Austin YMCA swimmers, including Avery L., Dalton B., Coleman B., Zach C., Lily B., Daniels C., Beth D., Taylor H., Yevin C., Yenna C. and Harrison R.
