- We’ve added a new CORE STRENGTH class to our Mon/Wed lineup, from 9:20-9:50am with Lauren. Expect This class focuses on the muscles that support your spine, hips, and posture—abs + beyond – including shoulders, chest, obliques, lower back, hips and glutes. Expect smart sequencing, fun work, and a serious burn without high impact. All levels are welcome.Â

Heading into the New Year, we are always looking for those that would like to become Lifeguards and Swim lesson instructors.  It is a rewarding experience, and we do pay for the classes that are needed to become Lifeguards and Lesson instructors.  The water is warm, and the temperatures have been wonderful – come out and go swimming.Â
