Become a Volunteer!
Social Responsibility is one of the three focus areas of the YMCA of Austin. Generosity toward others is at the core of the Y's existence. It is through the support of our volunteers, that the YMCA of Austin is able to give back to the community. When you are involved with the YMCA of Austin, you have the opportunity to bring lasting personal and social change to others.
If you're interested in volunteering at one of our branches, please fill out the submission form below for more information:

The TownLake YMCA supports our community by offering school credit or court appointed Community Service volunteer opportunities. Most of these opportunities work with our Quality Service Team to keep our facility clean for the thousands of people we serve each day. Those interested in volunteering should complete this form (https://goo.gl/forms/5OXY3kSsVX21a9lb2 ) and a signed background check (attached – but if you can make a link) needs to be returned to Renee Deeter at email@example.com or the Welcome Center. Volunteers will be contacted once the background check has been cleared and they have been approved to begin hours.
