Learn ways to manage grief and find support.

Grief can follow the loss of a loved one or any significant life change. It may come in waves or show up unexpectedly. Wherever you are in your experience, you do not have to navigate it alone.

Walking Through Grief & Loss is a free virtual workshop designed to help you better understand grief and develop healthy ways to cope in daily life.

During this workshop, we’ll cover:
– Coping strategies for difficult emotions
– Emotional regulation tools for overwhelming moments

Families join together for a campout under the stars at YMCA Camp Moody located on Onion Creek. Families will spend Saturday night at Camp Moody and depart Sunday at 10:00am. Activities include a nature walk, high ropes course, archery, crafts, rock climbing, fishing, slingshots, and so much more! Saturday night dinner, s’mores and Sunday morning breakfast will be provided by the YMCA. Each family is responsible for their own toiletries, sleeping bag & pillow, and clothing. 🤽🏼 Upcoming Closures for Hays CISD Water Polo Meets

Seasonal changes to the lap swim lanes are in effect, in accordance with our partnership with the Hays CISD swim team.

Morning lap swim hours are 9:00 – 11:00 am Monday-Friday. Weekend lap swim hours remain unchanged.

Evening lap swim hours are 4:00 – 6:00 pm Monday-Thursday beginning Wednesday, August 13. Weekend lap swim hours remain unchanged.

YMCA Camp Moody will close the following Fridays to accommodate Hays CISD water polo meets:

August 8 – 4:00 – 7:00pm
August 15 6:30 – 11:00am
