New Season, New Goals! Register for Youth Sports! 🏀🏐🩰🤸🥋 

It’s time to gear up for our spring season! Registration is now open for our Spring Youth Sports programs, including basketballvolleyballgymnasticsdance and Tae Kwon Do. Whether your child is trying a sport for the first time or returning for another great season, we’ve got options for all ages and skill levels. 

Spaces fill quickly – be sure to reserve your spot today! 

Women with Weights 🏋️‍♀️ 

Join us for a motivating small group training session designed just for women! Northwest Y’s personal trainer, Erica Steverson, will guide you through strength-building workouts that focus on functional movements, proper technique, and confidence with weightlifting. Now offering 4 sessions a month so you can select 2, 3, or 4 days a week 

All fitness levels are welcome!

Find Your Pace at the Y! Visit our new Cycle Room 🚲 

All cycling classes are relocated to the new Bert West Room; come find us across from the Bowen Room. A new space also means more cycle classes! Sign-up on YMCA360 for our new Cycle Fit class on Thursdays at 7:30am. Stay tuned for more classes coming in March! 

School Break Full-Day Camp ☀️🏀🎨🏊 

Join us on: March 16-20, March 31, April 3, April 6.

School Break Camp gives kids ages 5-12 a fun, creative place to stay active and engaged. Every day is packed with awesome games, hands-on themed projects, and fun-filled adventures. It’s the perfect way to spend your day off! Activities include swimming, sports, outdoor play, STEM projects, arts & crafts, and more camp favorites!

🎸 Future Rockstars Welcome: Now offering private guitar lessons!  

Whether you’re picking up a guitar for the first time or looking to sharpen your skills, our one-on-one lessons are tailored to each student’s goals, pace, and musical interests. Experienced instructors provide personalized guidance in a supportive, encouraging environment that builds confidence and technique.
