Summer Solstice Workshop: Pilates + Yoga Fusion

Celebrate the light, and strengthen your core! Join us in honoring the longest day of the year with a revitalizing Yoga + Pilates Fusion Workshop designed to align your body, mind, and spirit. As the sun reaches its peak, we’ll harness its energy through mindful movement, breathwork, and deep connection.

What to Expect:

  • A grounding yoga flow to open your heart and awaken inner calm
  • A dynamic Pilates session to strengthen and tone your core
  • Breathwork and intention setting to align with solstice energy
  • Light refreshments & community circle to close

Led by Rebecca and Jaya, this donation-based workshop benefits the East Y’s Annual Giving Campaign.

Let TxDOT Know Your Safety Concerns

Concerned about your safety entering and exiting the YMCA parking lot? Provide your feedback to TxDOT to help make a difference. You can contact TxDOT’s Austin District Office o request a review of the safety concerns at (512) 832-7000; select option 7 for English, or 8 for Spanish; then select option 6 from the automated menu, during regular business hours Monday-Thursday. Key points: high rate of speed of drivers exiting the tollway, lane reduction, little visibility to see oncoming traffic in closest lane due to sidewalk railing.
