🏋🏽‍♀️ Weekend Warriors: NEW Small Group Personal Training

Get ready to crush your fitness goals and power up your weekends with Weekend Warriors! This high-energy group training class is designed for anyone who wants to sweat, challenge themselves, and start the weekend strong, whether you’re a busy professional, a fitness enthusiast, or looking to stay active. 

Led by certified Personal Trainer Ian Knobles, Weekend Warriors blends strength training, functional movements and mobility into one dynamic workout that targets every major muscle group. Expect a motivating team atmosphere, scalable workouts for all fitness levels, and that post-class adrenaline rush that lasts all weekend. 

Meets Fridays at 5:30pm and Sundays at 1:00pm in August.

Nutrition Education: FREE 6-Week Series

Interested in eating and preparing healthy foods? Confused by all the conflicting information being published about nutrition? Not sure how to best feed yourself or your families within your grocery budget?  WE’VE GOT YOU. 

Starting Tuesday, August 12th, we’re offering a FREE 6-week course called “Eat Smart Be Active”, led by the Central Texas Food Bank. Class meets on Tuesdays from 12:30-2:00pm at East Communities YMCA.

🧘🏻‍♀️ Fall Schedule Changes: Group Fitness Classes

We have a few changes on the schedule for the upcoming Fall season. Please see your YMCA360 app for up-to-date scheduling and to reserve your spot in classes. 

🕙 NEW TIME Saturday morning Aqua Fit moves back to 10 am in September 

 NEW CLASSES Mat Pilates evening class, 6 pm Tuesdays; and Vinyasa 6 pm Thursdays, starting in mid-September 

💥NEW TIME After Labor Day, the Sunday BodyPump class moves to 12:15-1:15pm; following that, stay for a NEWLY ADDED CLASS BodyCombat from 1:30-2:00! 

🌅 SUNSETTING Tuesday and Thursday 12 pm Vinyasa Yoga and Tuesday 7 pm Slow Flow Yoga will come off the schedule this season
