YMCA ® Tomorrow Academy™
Ages 6 weeks to 5 years
Tomorrow Academy addresses the community’s need for high-quality, affordable childcare in Greater Austin for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years old. As a provider of early childhood education, we are committed to youth development starting with the earliest learners.
Kids Play: Drop-In Childcare While You Work Out
Ages 6 weeks to 12 years
Kids Play is complimentary, on-site childcare exclusively for YMCA members and their children aged 6 weeks to 12 years at 7 convenient Greater Austin YMCA locations. A haven for the youngest members of our community, Kids Play is where kids go for fun, education and care while you work out.
Kids Night Out
Ages 4 to 12 years
Bring your children to 7 Greater Austin YMCA locations during Kid’s Night Out sessions and enjoy a few hours of free time for a dinner date, running errands, catch a movie or simply a few peaceful hours to to enjoy. Kids aged 4 to 12 years (3 at select locations) will have a blast participating in age-appropriate themed activities under the watchful eye of our trained staff.
Afterschool Care
Ages 4 to 12 years
Elementary children (Kindergarten through 5th grade; ages 4 to 12 years) in our afterschool programs enjoy enriching programs that aim to give children a well-rounded experience. Activities include physical activities, outdoor play, creative arts, literacy, critical thinking, STEM projects and social-emotional learning, to create an environment for children to have positive social experiences. Our afterschool programs operate on location at Greater Austin area elementary and charter schools.
Spring Break Camps
Ages 4 to 14 years
Each year the Greater Austin Y hosts a fun, engaging Full-Day and Half-Day camps for children aged 4 to 14 years during spring break. Enroll your camper in Spring Break Camp for games, crafts, STEM activities, and more! You can enjoy peace of mind knowing that your camper is enjoying enrichment activities under the watchful eyes of trained YMCA counselors. Your camper will make new friends, gain confidence and expand their horizons.
Winter Holiday Break Camps
Ages 4 to 14 years
Our Holiday Camps offer Half-Day and Full-Day Care options for children aged 4 to 14 years during the winter school break with trained Youth Development Leaders who will guide your child through a fun and engaging array of winter themed crafts, activities and organized games.
Summer Camps
Ages 3 to 14 years
Get ready to ditch the screens and embark on a thrilling journey of exploration and discovery! The Greater Austin Y boasts action-packed summer camps for ages 3 to 14 years offering an amazing variety of quality experiences for all kids. Whether your child is preschool, elementary, or middle school age we have the perfect camp for you! Full-day and half-day camp options fit your family’s busy summer schedule. We offer traditional, specialty sports and outdoor adventure camp at YMCA Camp Moody!
