Is your New Year’s resolution to learn something new or get in shape? Then we have the classes for you! We offer 3 different class levels to best meet your needs. Check out the descriptions to pick the right class for you, classes are offered Mon/Wed, Tue/Thu, or Sat

 

Adult Basic

This class is designed for the adult beginner that is timid about swimming or who has never swam in deep water. Class is self-paced, and will work on basics such as floating, treading water, kicking and basic paddle stroke. Instructors will help you work toward your own personal goal, and will guide in areas in which you want to improve.

 

 

Adult Basic Plus

For the adult who has no swim experience, but is not afraid of the water. This class will teach the basics of swim, how to float, and gives them comfort in the water.

 

Adult Strokes

This class is designed for participants that can swim at least 50 meters on their own, but would like to work on stroke technique. Focus on the basics of freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and elementary backstroke. Ideal for those who would like to work towards a lap swimming exercise regimen.
