North Austin YMCA’s Best Buy Teen Tech Center® is a modern, technology-driven safe space for teens ages 12-18. Located in North Austin, this drop-in center allows teens to explore cutting edge technology and express themselves creatively, while learning life skills and new career pathways.

We offer hands-on learning for:

  • Music Recording & Podcasting – Grabación de música y podcasting
  • Graphic Design – Diseño gráfico
  • Film & Photography Production – Producción de Cine y Fotografía
  • Coding – Codificación
  • Robotics – Robótica
  • 3D Printing – Impresión 3D
  • Screen Printing – Serigrafía
  • Free Tutoring with UPchieve – Tutoría gratuita con UPchieve

TEENS

The Teen Tech Center is available FREE of charge to teens ages 12-18 years when you sign up with a Greater Austin Y membership or register as a program participant for free. You must be registered before joining our drop-in hours.

STEP 1. If you’re not already a Greater Austin Y member, sign up for North Austin Y membership (in-person or online) OR register as a participate for free: Here

  1. Select Location: “North Austin”
  2. Select your Income Choice > Click “Next”
  3. Scroll down & Click “PARTICIPANT” > Click “Start”
  4. Fill out required information to complete set up.

STEP 2. Sign up to join our program using the button below.
