WHAT WE OFFER
Group Fitness Classes
(Ages 12+)
Discover the sense of community, social support and motivation that comes standard with group exercise classes. When you see others working hard and making progress, you get inspired to do the same. Stay accountable to your fitness routine and help boost others’ morale.
Personal & Small Group Training
(Ages 18+)
When you’re ready to take your fitness goals to the next level, try one-on-one or small group training from a certified exercise trainer. Our private workout coach will provide personalized support and guidance. Explore the best options for your fitness journey.
Swim Lessons
(Ages 6 months +)
Learning to swim is a lifelong skill, and it’s never too late to learn! The joy and confidence that come with being able to swim are priceless. That’s why the YMCA is the #1 provider of swimming lessons, nationwide. We offer lessons for beginners through competitive adult swim.
Kids Play
(Ages 6wks–12 years)
Enjoy childcare while you work out! Kids Play is where kids go to have fun and explore a range of activities that promote learning and socialization. It’s complimentary for our youngest Y members so that parents can build relationships and focus on their own health.
Youth Sports
(Ages 4-15)
Join our basketball, soccer and volleyball leagues, or hone your skills in gymnastics, martial arts, dance and more. Get in on the fun of league and individual sports to learn teamwork, coordination, sportsmanship and athletic rigor that impacts every aspect of child development.
Childcare & Camps
(Ages 6wks – 12 years)
The YMCA is the largest provider of Childcare in the greater Austin area, from infant care to preschool daycare, afterschool and camps. Your family’s needs don’t take a break, so neither do we. Whatever time of year, the Y is here with flexible options that grow with your child. Financial assistance is available.
Adult Programs
Adults build friendships, make connections and maintain fitness in our programs from personal training to group exercise and adult sports.
