Ballet Fitness combines ballet fundamentals with strength, toning, and core moves for a full-body workout. Sculpt muscles, burn calories, increase flexibility, and improve balance with ballet-based combinations and body-weight exercises to your favorite music. You don't need any prior ballet training to enjoy this unique fitness class!
This class features the best from each of these methods to develop core strength, muscle focus, coordination and healthy alignment while toning the whole body with a playful and creative touch. It will use the ballet bar, stability balls, small weights, foam rollers and more.
Embrace your inner Esther Williams and participate in your own "olympic" event! SynchroFitness is a fun, social and energizing synchronized fitness workout class.
This class is designed for adults who know how to swim, but want to learn more. Led by personal trainer Chelsea, you will work on stroke development and technique, breathing and form.
