At the Y, we care about your holistic health and what you eat is just as important as your physical fitness. We want to help instill helathy eating habits in all ages through fun and engaging activites centered on nutrition and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
This hands-on class is designed to bring preschoolers and their adult assistants together in the kitchen. We will learn about different foods each week and everyone will get to create and taste. Things might just get messy! Class will take place in the kitchen.
This is a hands-on class for young chefs to learn kitchen basics and discover how cooking can release our creative side AND tap into self-sufficiency. Each week we'll work on a different recipe while learning about safety, history, math, chemistry, organizational skills - cooking has it all! Class will take place in the kitchen.
