Train to go from zero to 10K in 8 weeks. Whether this is your first time learning to run or you are trying to get back into the swing of things, this is the perfect group to join. Make new friends while being led by one of our experienced instructors, Jordan B. Jordan is still running competitively in Austin and winning races. You won't want to miss the opportunity to learn from a successful athlete.
Get together with others for a great workout! Led by Alcides, this class will use body weight exercises and strength and cardio work for a fun, effective hour long session. Class meets Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:00 p.m. (8 classes) $20. $40 for non-members. The sessions begin the first Tuesday of each month.
This female-only strength training class is the ideal way to build muscle, raise your metabolism and improve bone health.
The class will meet with a certified personal trainer. The session is 4 weeks long, 8 meetings with a personal trainer.
