Challenge yourself! Bootcamp is a fun, non-traditional way to get in shape and feel great! Open to all fitness levels from the beginner through advanced. Utilizing resistance training with strength equipment and body weight – along with cardiovascular training – you can get the lean, toned body that you’ve always wanted.
Programs are designed to give you the platform to push yourself and get the significant benefits that you deserve, which means increases in fitness, increases in strength, and decreases in body fat.
This 8 week session will kick off our 2017 New Year!! Revolutionary 6 or 8-week program combines boot camp fitness with the HITT, high intensity interval training. 45 min workouts allow you to get your exercise done in half the time and boost your metabolism to keep burning calories for hours after your workout is over! Led by new instructor Amber Reue in the Main Group Exercise Room, this fee based class will run consecutively throughout the year as long as it makes. ***Anyone with interest can attend ONCE for FREE so encourage that as it helps them to know more fully how it runs before signing up if desired.
Y + Fit: This program incorporates multiple varied exercises and workout programs in one intense workout. Each session will change and include variations of traditional strength training with dumbbells, resistance bands and kettlebells, body weight exercises, plyometrics, powerlifting, SAQ drills, interval cardio training and more. Y + Fit will help challenge you to increase your overall strength, agility, endurance and take your fitness health to a higher level.
Y+Fit: Workouts incorporate multiple different exercises and workout programs in one intense workout. Combining plyometrics, powerlifting, Speed. Agility. Quickness drills, and interval cardio training into one hour long session, Y+Fit will help push your workouts to the next level.
TRX & Kettlebell Fusion Bootcamp: A fusion of two of today's hottest workouts -- suspension training and kettlebell swings, presses and get ups combined to give you the ultimate workout. This training will be taught by Evalyn. She will be able to tailor the training to your ability, while allowing all of the participants to push themselves.
Get together with others for a great workout! Led by Alcides, this class will use body weight exercises and strength and cardio work for a fun, effective hour long session. Class meets Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:00 p.m. (8 classes) $20. $40 for non-members. The sessions begin the first Tuesday of each month.
