Austin Community College and the YMCA of Austin have teamed up to help parents reach for the stars by providing quality, affordable and accessible child watch to parents who are attending classes, programs, or taking a test at the ACC Highland Campus.

ACC Highland Campus

Building 4000, near the Veteran’s Resource Center

Monday-Thursday: 8 am - 8 pm

Friday & Saturday: 8 am - 2 pm

$4 an hour for the first child, and $2 an hour for each additional child (sibling discount).

Up to 3 hours max per day or 12 hours max per week

Currently enrolled ACC students attending class, programs, or taking a test at the ACC Highland Campus. Parent MUST have current ACC student ID, stay on-campus and sign child(ren) in and out. If staff need to contact you and you would prefer not to be disturbed during a test, please ensure we have an alternative contact on file.

12 months – 12 years old.

Staff can only change diapers of children under the age of 3, and will contact you to change diapers of your older child(ren) if necessary.

Minimum of 2 trained staff will be present at all times; 18 years or older, and are CPR/AED/First Aid certified.

Parents may provide snacks for their child(ren), but it MUST be nut-free.

Space is limited and will be awarded on a, first come, first served basis.
