REMINDER: Do not leave valuables in your vehicle

Y members and friends, please remember to keep all belongings out of view in your vehicles whenever possible and especially not to leave valuables in your vehicles. Two other YMCAs in the area have recently reported thefts from parked vehicles. We are keeping a close eye (and video surveillance) on our parking lots.

Locks and lockers are available at TownLake to keep your belongings secured. Thank you!

WHAT TO EXPECT
This is a hands-on seminar. Expect a good workout with scenario and stress-based drills, all done in a safe and welcoming environment for any level of fitness and martial arts experience.

Completion of the course will result in certification through ARC (American Red Cross) for CPR that will be current for 2 years. No other certifications required. Students are required to attend the entire scheduled time of the course and must participate in all required skills in order to receive the certification. A skills test will be conducted at the end of the course to which the students must pass to receive certification.
