Mini Camps for Summer Fun

Are you worried about your child being at home bored this summer?  Not sure what to get them into to keep them busy?

Well, look no further!  We have you covered this summer with our exciting Mini Camps!  Ranging from Dance to Sports. Your child can take a hike through the Bastrop State Park and learn how to identify certain plants and bugs one week and then off to the pool the next week for some swimming fun!  Our Mini Camps are 1/2 day from 9AM-1PM.  Parents will need to provide lunch, water and sunscreen for each camp.  

It's Not Just Kid Stuff!

Every Monday you are in store for a great adventure! Whether it be line dancing, bingo or games with friends on a rainy day. Come and join us in our new adventures every Monday at 1:30pm. This program is for anyone and EVERYONE!

Each month the schedule goes like this:

1st Monday is "Let's Dance!"  We could be line dancing, belly dancing or even break dancing!  Ok, so maybe not break dancing.  But each week will bring some kind of fun movement opportunity that will make you laugh and get your steps in!!

5th Annual Y-Ronman Challenge

Join us for our 5th annual Y-RONMAN Fitness Challenge this July!

Make this your fittest summer ever by pushing yourself to complete Y-RONMAN, our challenge for you to finish the equivalent of an Ironman triathlon over the month of July. In other words, you’ll have from July 1 to July 31 to: Swim 2.4 miles, Cycle 112 miles, and Run 26.2 miles!

The best part? You earn prizes!

The Quick Cook

The Quick Cook is a fun, interactive program designed with the busy schedule in mind. This program focuses on basic nutrition, kitchen skills, and time-saving menu planning to help you prepare healthy meals fast.

We won't just teach you recipes. We'll also teach you how to balance your plate, organize your pantry and kitchen, read nutrition labels, and so much more! Participants will receive easy to follow handouts and recipes at the start of each class as well as a customized certificate of completion and the conclusion of your final class.

Summer Senior Social Events

Through on-going, fun, safe, and engaging activities, we hope to provide our active older adult (AOA) members opportunities to build friendships, community, and feel a sense of belonging.

So please, join us for these upcoming AOA events!

Bake some of your favorite cookies to bring to this event, and everyone will swap! Food is a great way for us to connect and share something special together, so we hope you’ll join us!

Find your bestie at Bootcamp!

Join us for an inclusive Bootcamp (that is not intimidating or grueling), led by one of our elite personal trainers that will incorporate a variety of body weight conditioning, HIIT or barbell weighted routines. This class will challenge you in new ways that will create comradery with you and fellow bootcampers! 

1x/week, 2x/week or 3x per week, depending on your class of choice, your instructor will take you outdoors and to our Personal Fitness Area for an awesome one hour workout! Individual and partner classes available.
