Help Us Improve Family Services!

At the Y, it’s our goal to serve every member of the family- from babies to grandparents- the absolute best we can! Right now, the East Communities Y is evaluating our health, wellness, fitness, and youth program offerings and schedules to see where we can improve in our service to families. And that’s why we asking for YOUR feedback; so we can try to meet YOUR family’s needs!

Adult Volleyball League

Join us for our Adult Volleyball League! 
This league is for players ages 18 and up, of all skill levels and of all genders. Teammate requests will be highly considered but not guaranteed. Teams will have a maximum roster of ten players. All games will be played at the Hays YMCA gym. 

-Tuesdays from 7:00 PM - 10:00 PM


-Thursdays from 7:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Back to School Event: Something @ the Park

The East Communities YMCA is proud to support our mission and values in social responsibility and community development through supporting The Dream Out Loud Experience by hosting their 7th Annual Something @ The Park at our branch!

This annual community event is organized by The Dream Out Loud Experience and is not only a free back-to-school community festival, but also an event that brings resources to Austin area youth and families to bridge gaps and bring the whole community together!



Adult Basketball League

Join our Adult Basketball League!  

Ages 17 and up: Tuesdays 7 -10pm from October 17 - December 5 (10/17, 10/24, 11/7, 11/14, 11/28, 12/5)

Ages 35 and up: Thursdays 7 - 10pm from October 19 - December 7 (10/19, 10/26, 11/9, 11/16, 11/30, 12/7)

Call for Volunteers: Burning Pine Run

Thank you for your interest in volunteering for the Burning Pine Run on September 9, 2017. Keep Bastrop County Beautiful, Friends of the Lost Pines and the Bastrop YMCA are thrilled to be partnering again to help raise money for the rebuilding of our community!
