Fall Into New Habits
Women with Weights is a great program that we are now offering!
Develop the knowledge for strength training with other motivated women to get stronger, increase endurance and build friendships. This female-focused class will introduce you to the weight room and weight lifting-techniques that will build your confidence and help keep you accountable to meeting your own specific goals.
Duration is 4 weeks meeting Monday and Wednesdays from 6-7PM. Child Watchi s AVAILABLE! (Children 12 and over can join)

- Learn proper exercise form and technique
