Updates to Group Exercise Schedule Starting Aug. 19
Members and staff,
In response to our capacity, class participation, instructor availability, and other factors, the YMCA makes periodic adjustments to Group Exercise schedules. The following updates will begin August 19th. As always, please check our free YMCA of Austin mobile app for occasional updates or changes, such as cancelations and substitute instructors.
Group Exercise Schedule Updates (Effective 8/19):
- Turbokick on Tuesdays at 11:30 will be replaced with CXWORX
- A new Zumba Gold class will be added to the schedule on Tuesdays at 9:30am in the Gymnasium
- The Monday, 12pm Gentle Yoga class will be replaced with Kaiut Yoga
- The Monday, 10:45am Hatha Yoga class will be replaced with Tai Chi
- The Wednesday, 9:30am Tai Chi class will be replaced with Hatha Flow
Barre Classes: No current updates/changes, but look out for additions to the schedule on Tues/Thurs in the near future!
Water Exercise Classes: No current updates/changes
Cycling Classes: No current updates/changes
