Triathlon Training Program
Do You Want to be a Triathlete? You can! Now is your chance.
Sign up for our 12 Week Triathlon Training Program led by YMCA cycling instructor and triathlete, Jill Eddleman.
3 workouts per week:
-Run: Tuesdays, 7:00pm - 8:00pm
-Swim: Thursdays, 7:30pm - 8:15pm
-Bike: Sundays, 8:00 am (end time based on weather conditions)
Open to men and women of all athletic abilities (ages 12 and up)
Train with a group to participate in The Rookie Triathlon on May 6, 2018
Training will also include information sessions on race nutrition, strength training during triathlon training, transition information, and other information on getting "race ready".
