Camp Cypress Family Campouts
Is your family looking to get some fresh air and unwind together in nature? Join the adventure at Camp Cypress surrounded by 85 acres of pristine wilderness located along a half mile stretch of Onion Creek in Buda, Texas.
Our family campouts are full service, perfect for first time campers or anyone who wants to enjoy quality time without all the planning and preparation. We plan a safe, action-packed weekend that even the tiniest campers will love. We are thrilled to be a part of magical memories like catching their first fish or enjoying their first s’more around the campfire.
Families arrive on Saturday afternoon and depart on Sunday morning. Activities include canoeing, fishing, hiking, a campfire, and more. The Y provides tents, dinner on Saturday, breakfast on Sunday, and supplies for all activities. All campers must wear appropriate clothing for the area and season: closed-toe shoes, rain gear, etc. Each family is responsible for personal toiletries, sleeping bags, sheets, pillows, bug repellent, sunscreen, snacks, and a water bottle.
