Join us for our new KICKBOXING class!
Learn punches, kicks, and combos while improving cardiovascular endurance. This class combines the fundamentals of Kickboxing with conditioning drills to improve overall fitness.
Class meets Tu/Th 5:30-6:30pm on the Terrace with Elaine
$45 for a total of 8 sessions
*Wraps required, gloves optional*
Begins October 24th and goes through November 16th.
