Cycling, Any Level - Each ride is unique but will include simulated hills, mountains, flat roads, and racing. This cardio workout is appropriate for all fitness levels and includes a variety of music. Our instructors will get you pumped up and you will leave feeling wonderfully recharged and ready for more!
We have 2 classes a week and BOTH have ChildWatch!
Monday: 5:30PM-6:20PM (ChildWatch)
Wednesday: 6:15PM-7:05PM (ChildWatch)
