Building A Strong Future
This teen fitness program will start with the basics of strength training. A workout session could include; strength, conditioning, plyometric, recovery and flexibility, so come dressed ready to workout. Whether your teen is training for a sport or training for fitness; this class is a great start to a healthy lifestyle.
Program is 4 weeks long, meeting every Saturday from Sept. 7- Sept. 28 from 9-9:45AM.
Located at our Outdoor Gym at Bob Bryant Park
