We are bringing back our small group training classes lead by our amazing personal trainers. We want to invite you to try them out before you sign up. April 12th to April 17th come in and try one or try all. We want to help you get started on your fitness journey. 

Monday April 12th at 10am, Join Lauren for Women With Weights

Wednesday April 14th at 7am, Join Matt for Total Body Training

Thursday April 15th, Join Brie at East Communities Y for Women with Weights

Saturday April 17t, Join Liz for BARRE Fitness.
